Sugar Syrup Plant mainly consists of following equipment

·  Liquid manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket

·  Sugar Syrup manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket.

·  Storage Vessel.

·  Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup.

·  Pipelines - Manufacturing Vessels and Storage Vessels are connected through individual pipeline. Inline Sugar Syrup Pre- filters are provided. All connections like bends, tees, valves. Inline sight glasses are of Tri-clover / Din Standards.

Special Features of our Sugar Syrup manufacturing Plant:

·  Sugar syrup manufacturing vessels are JACKETED with limpet coils for heating and cooling.

·  These vessels can withstand internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel

·  Filters provided at the bottom can be easily dismantled and cleaned, sanitized or sterilized.

·  Bottom Entry propeller agitators are available

·  Capacity - Customized.

·  Material - SUS 304 / SUS 316L.
